When you use the AI support assistant, the questions and messages you submit may be sent to the service endpoint configured for the chat so that it can generate a response. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential business information, or other sensitive personal information through the demo assistant.

Service providers
The contact form uses FormSubmit to deliver inquiry messages to Mindaify. The chat page may use an externally hosted AI endpoint to process chat messages. EmailJS is included as an optional support integration in the chat page, but it is not active while its configuration values remain placeholders. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Cookies and analytics
The current website code does not intentionally set its own analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party assets, such as hosted fonts, icons, email integrations, or other services, may process technical request information when loaded or used.
